At this time, the Controller’s Office has made the decision to waive the requirement to complete BTAC05 - Budgeting in order to receive the Financial Administrator Certificate. Anyone who has completed all classes in the series, with the exception of BTAC05, will be eligible immediately to receive the certificate. The Controller’s Office strongly encourages the completion of BTAC05 once it becomes available.
