For multi-year budgets including FSU Foundation and sponsored projects, there is an issue with data being returned via the Budgets Overview screen in OMNI-FI. (Annual E&G, auxiliary, and designated budgets are not impacted by this issue.)

The BAS team is actively working on a correction. In the meantime, to review multi-year budget balances, please use the Review Budget Detail screen, an OMNI-FI query, or a BI report.
