Payroll Services has updated the eRDF (Retro Distribution of Funding form) to no longer require a vice president approval for corrections older than 30 days.   The form will now allow the originator to submit the form without requiring the VP APPROVER section to be completed.   The VP APPROVER section of the form is still available for departments that want to continue to require this level of approval. 

Please note, Sponsored Research will still require VP Approval for any eRDF transferring effort between or to C&G Sponsored Projects that does not meet the criteria of within 90 calendar days from the end of the month in which the error occurred.  Originators will need to enter the approver in the field provided.
