FSU Foundation Gift and Non-Gift Processing during COVID-19 | 03/24/2020

Hello Colleagues,

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during these challenging times. If you need to submit a charitable gift or non-gift transaction to the Foundation, please note the following:

  • Foundation staff will be opening mail and processing transactions on Tuesdays and Thursdays until campus is fully operational again.
  • The Foundation building is locked during this time, so please note the following methods in lieu of hand delivery:
    • Mail via US Postal Service to 325 W. College Avenue, Tallahassee, FL 32301
    • Send via campus mail
    • Coordinate with your college/unit Development Officer

For charitable gifts, remember to first submit an e-gift transmittal, and print the cover sheet to accompany the physical cash, checks, or credit card forms for processing. Non-gift transmittal forms can be found on the FSU Foundation forms website under Gifts and Other Deposits, Non-Gift Forms and should follow the methods of delivery outlined above.  Once campus returns to full operational status, hand delivery of these items will be available once again.
