Due to the large volume of DOLS being submitted without backup or proper approval (SRA, FSURF, Foundation), this is a reminder of the guidance available on the Accounting Services website. Accounting Services provides several different journal examples with suggested queries to obtain the required backup. Your DOL form may be returned if submitted without appropriate and sufficient backup or approval.
