The Controller’s Office is hosting a meeting to discuss topics relevant to auxiliary department representatives on Thursday, June 10th from 3:00-4:45PM EST. This event will be delivered via Zoom and will be recorded for those who cannot make it. Topics at this meeting will include:

  • Cash Collection Procedures
  • Departmental Deposits
  • Tips & Reminders for Billing Auxiliaries

  • Internal, Auxiliary PO Roll Overview
  • Reminders from high-impact internal billers, including Copier Services & Facilities
  • Year-End Forms
