The All-Auxiliary Meeting was held via Zoom on Monday, June 13, 2022, and provided auxiliary departmental representatives an opportunity to learn more about topics relevant to auxiliaries across campus. Representatives from the Budget Office, Financial Systems & Compliance, Deposit Accounting, Auxiliary Services, and Facilities shared important information concerning auxiliary policies and revised guidance, Transact, departmental deposits, fiscal year-end deadlines as well as other reminders or updates within their areas. As a reminder, the Controller’s Office Website – Year End Calendar page is a great resource as we approach the end of the fiscal year to ensure auxiliary departments are staying on top of important deadlines.
