Student Business Services has been renamed the Office of Student Finance and, along with that, has an updated website (https://studentfinance.fsu.edu) and an updated email address (studentfinance@fsu.edu). Please update your contact information to ensure students are pointed in the right direction.
As announced before the start of summer, Student Finance is also undergoing a major office renovation. While a return to their first-floor offices was planned for fall, the construction will not be completed in time. Student Finance anticipates being back in their offices in October, but for now, students can reach them in person at the front desk of Procurement Services (1400A University Center) or the front desk of Accounting Services (6300A University Center).
Finally, some staffing changes have been made. Ashley Jones, who many have worked with over the years, has graciously taken over the Student Services team and will direct all of Student Finance’s student-facing customer service activities. If you encounter students this fall who require escalated support related to their student account, please get in touch with Ashley Jones or Teddy LeJeune for assistance with undergraduate students, or Jonah Picker for graduate and professional students.
