Concur User Experience Upgrade | 11/1/2021

The Controller’s Office is pleased to announce that the Concur Request and Expense user experience will be upgraded at 2 p.m. today, November 1st, 2021. This new user experience will deliver greater usability and accessibility for all users.

This change only impacts the on-screen experience and navigation in Concur and will not impact any current outstanding travel requests. For more information about the Concur user experience upgrade and to review the updated Concur User Guide, visit the Travel website.

 As a reminder, a travel request must be submitted via Concur and approved by all parties prior to the onset of travel and before incurring travel related expenditures. Additionally, all air and train travel, both domestic and international, must be booked through the Concur Travel system.
