If you are responsible for processing or receiving gifts for your college or department, please note that the FSU Foundation will have abbreviated business hours during the winter break. To ensure your donors’ year-end gifts reach the Foundation in a timely manner and are processed according to their wishes, we ask that you adhere to the schedule outlined below.
The Florida State University Foundation office will close at 5 p.m. on Dec. 17 and will remain closed through Dec. 31, 2021. Regular office hours will resume on Jan. 3, 2022.
Once you return from the holidays, please take a few moments to sort through your mail, identify charitable items and deliver those items, along with their respective postmarked envelopes, to the Foundation office by Friday, Jan 7. Please continue to send all postmarked envelopes for any gifts received in January. We also ask for your assistance in making faculty and staff who may receive gifts aware of the urgency of transmitting year-end gifts and donor instructions to the Foundation. This is especially crucial during the remote work environment. Staff who cannot go into the office should find someone to check their mailbox for them.
Documents and donor instructions should be hand-delivered to the Foundation office at 325 W. College Ave. All faculty/staff contributions must follow the same instructions as other donors, including deadlines, postmarked envelopes, etc.
