Disbursement Services and Payroll Services offices will be undergoing office renovations beginning March 1st, 2022. This project is tentatively scheduled to be completed by June 30th, 2022. As a result of this renovation project, please note the operational changes below.
Disbursement Services
Checks will now be printed every Tuesday. Check pickup will be limited to Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm only. Checks will be available for pickup on the 6th floor of the University Center, building A, room A6300.
Travel Cards and Prepaid Cards
Travel cards and Prepaid cards will be available for pickup Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm only. Cards will be available for pickup on the 6th floor of the University Center, building A, room A6300.
Payroll Services
The Payroll Services Office has been temporarily relocated to the first floor of the University Center, building A, in Student Business Services, room A1507. The payroll services phone number will remain 850-644-3813.
