The Controller’s Office has identified a system issue that affected fringe benefit expenses on payroll journals created after June 2, 2025. Specifically, the issue involved incorrect syncing of fringe rates for the following account codes:
To resolve this issue, corrected Payroll Fringe Benefit (PFB) journals were created and posted on June 17, 2025. The BI HR-GL Detail report reflects the corrected rates and amounts for the affected entries.
- 710011 / 710511 — Rate charged: 30%. Correct rate: 30.3%
- 710012 / 710512 — Rate charged: 27%. Correct rate: 27.9%
- 710013 / 710513 — Rate charged: 50%. Correct rate: 50.7%
