The Controller’s Office is pleased to offer a new training course, Deposit Accounting (BTDA01). This class will be offered in person and covers the fundamentals of revenue deposits and addresses the following topics:
• Departmental deposit processing
• Deposit guidance
• Merchant fees and statements
• Credit card chargeback and refund processing
