The HR-GL Detail report in BI has been updated to reflect calculated fringe amounts. The report will now populate new Fringe Pool columns for FY25 payroll data and will continue to populate the actual fringe amounts and related GL Accounts for FY24 and earlier.
As a reminder and as previously communicated on July 3, 2024, FY25 PAY journals are now being recorded to newly created salary and wage expense accounts. Separately, a new nightly ‘PFB’ journal is now posting to record fringe benefit expenses based on the university’s approved rates.
