The Controller’s Office has identified an issue whereby RDF Cycles are erroneously crediting old salary GL account codes rather than the new GL account codes. We are working with ITS to implement a solution in OMNI HR. Currently, PAO source online journals are being posted in OMNI FI in conjunction with each RDF cycle to correct the issue. These PAO journals include impacted employee information (Employee ID and Name) in the Journal Line Description field. A follow-up communication will be sent out when the issue has been resolved, and the PAO journals are no longer necessary.
