As previously communicated on June 11th, the university is transitioning to a new travel booking tool, Lightning. As we prepare for the upcoming launch, we invite you to participate in Zoom training sessions to ensure a smooth and confident transition. No registration prior to the session is required.
Training sessions will be held on the following dates:
- Tuesday, July 14th, 10:00 am – 11:00 am
- Thursday, July 16th, 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
- Wednesday, July 22nd, 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
- Thursday, July 23rd, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Through this training, participants will gain confidence navigating the enhanced interface; learn how to manage multi-traveler bookings and split payments efficiently; and develop a deeper understanding of how to apply unused ticket credits.
