We’re just two weeks away from launching FSU’s enhanced travel booking experience, Lightning, on August 4th.
As a reminder, online travel booking will be temporarily unavailable from July 24th through August 3rd as the system is migrated to the new platform. Travelers with anticipated booking needs between July 24th and August 3rd are encouraged to make reservations prior to the migration window whenever possible. If that is not possible, travelers may contact CTP by phone at 888-862-2947.

Visit the Lightning transition page for quick start guides, walk-through videos, and FAQs. In-person training sessions for Introduction to Lightning Booking at FSU (BTLTBP) will be available August 18th through August 20th. You can register for the sessions through OMNI here. You will be required to log in with your FSU credentials.
