Users must book airfare in Lightning or over the phone with Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP). FSU has contracted with Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP) to assist with the travel booking and reservation process. For all other booking needs, users are encouraged to use Lightning. Users should have a travel request submitted and fully approved or in the process of being approved before booking travel.
If you are a first-time user of Lightning, please be sure to update your profile and complete any required fields. You can access your profile by selecting Profile at the top of the page. You must complete the required fields in your profile before you can begin booking in Lightning or use the Lightning mobile app.
For reservations or ticket changes, please call (402) 252-4745 or email fsu@ctptravelservices.com during their normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EDT). Any calls to CTP after hours (7 PM EDT) will roll to an emergency line and incur After-Hours fees.
