Auxiliary Requisition Matrix

This matrix is used to look up services offered by selling auxiliaries across campus. It provides the required information to create an auxiliary requisition in OMNI Financials (FI), such as auxiliary vendor ID and auxiliary purchasing category code.

Refer to the Auxiliary Requisition Entry Guide for assistance on entering auxiliary requisitions. OMNI Financials queries FSU_AUX_VENDOR_INFO and FSU_AUX_PURCH_CATEGORIES can also be used to obtain the required information.

BTUIB1 - Understanding Internal Billing

This course targets users from buying departments who order goods or services from selling auxiliaries, or users who are new to OMNI Financials (FI).


Participants will gain an understanding of auxiliary billing processes for internal customers from the buying department's perspective. Topics covered range from understanding how to create auxiliary purchase orders to researching invoice and payment data via queries and reports. The course is primarily geared towards purchase order requestors, budget managers, and staff responsible for processing financial transactions.
